Biography
Justin Thio graduated from the National University of Singapore in 2014 with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) degree, and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court in 2015. Prior to joining LYTAG Law LLP, Justin practiced between a local law firm in litigation and dispute resolution, to fintech startups and International MNC.
Justin is a corporate lawyer whose practice focuses on advising clients on corporate structuring and commercial transactions. He has experience supporting both local and international clients across a range of industries, with an emphasis on technology and data services. Justin also advises on corporate and shareholder matters, including shareholders’ agreements, joint venture arrangements, and other governance documentation.
Justin is known for providing practical, commercially focused advice and for working collaboratively with clients to deliver clear, workable solutions.
